Property Maintenance/ Property Manager (Admin.)
Location - Kodiak, AK

Start Date - ASAP

Duties - Property Maintenance/ Property Manager (Admin.)
Daily email correspondence/calls required.
Rent collection.
Collecting signatures on re- certification documents.
Maintain professional, confidential communications with tenants and staff.
Organize vendors to provide services to property as needed.
Supervise part-time staff.
Appropriate candidate will perform 22 hours of maintenance and about 8 doing administrative work in the office.
Experience - Property Maintenance/ Property Manager (Admin).
Tax Credit/Affordable Housing Experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs.
Ability to use office equipment.
